These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program and services provided by Sovereign Systems ("Sovereign Automation," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Sevreign Jones, Olympia, Washington. By using our services or messaging with us, you agree to these terms.
Program name: Sovereign Systems SMS Program.
Program description: An automated missed-call text-back and customer-care messaging service. When you call a business that uses our system and the call is not answered, you may receive a reply text asking how we can help, along with follow-up and appointment messages related to your request.
You opt in to receive messages by calling or contacting the business that uses our system. Your act of contacting the business constitutes your consent to receive reply and follow-up text messages related to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. To get more information, reply HELP, or email us at sevreign@sovereign-automation.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
